Opaque brick red, and because it is opaque it shows daily wear far less than the glassy stones, so it survives being worn every day without starting to look tired. It is the plainest of the eleven on a wider wrist.
What it actually is
Red jasper is chalcedony carrying enough iron oxide to be fully opaque: up to about a fifth of it by weight is material other than silica, which is the difference between jasper and the translucent chalcedonies. The red is haematite. It takes a high polish and is one of the oldest worked stones anywhere; jasper seals and beads turn up across the ancient world. Mohs 6.5–7.
Where it sits in the tradition
Red jasper and carnelian (lal hakik) are the stones usually named as uparatna for Mangal, whose principal stone is moonga (red coral). Coral is organic and expensive; these are the accessible stones in that group.

What makes jasper different from agate?
Both are chalcedony. Agate is translucent and usually banded; jasper carries enough other material to be opaque.
Is it a substitute for moonga?
It is one of the stones commonly named as an uparatna for Mangal. Whether Mangal is the graha to address in your chart is a question for a reader.
