Every piece ships with a laboratory certificate. Where a stone is treated, and in this trade many are, we say so on the listing and on the invoice. You always know exactly what you bought.
You can see it before it ships
Natural stone varies, and the photograph on this page isn't the exact piece you'll get. Ask on WhatsApp and we will get you a picture of the actual bracelet before it's dispatched. If you would rather have a different one, say so and we will swap it.
A real practice behind it

Are the stones genuine?
Every piece ships with a laboratory certificate naming the material. Our lapidary runs its own testing lab, which is the reason we buy from them and not from a wholesaler. It's our supplier’s lab rather than one with no stake in the sale: a reasonable standard at these prices, and not the standard to accept for a prescribed ratna. Where a stone has been dyed or heat-treated, which is normal in this trade and not a defect, we say so on the listing and on the invoice. If you want a picture of the actual piece before it's dispatched, ask on WhatsApp and we will get one for you.
How do I choose the right one?
Start with what's actually on your mind rather than the stone's name: that's why everything here is filed by intention. Ask the Guide in the corner and it will narrow it to one or two in about thirty seconds. And if you'd rather a person did it, speak to a reader on whitemagicwellness.com and she'll name your stones for you.
What size are the bracelets?
Round beads on a strong elastic cord, one size, made to fit most adult wrists. If it will not stretch over your hand, message us within seven days and we will replace it. We don't currently string to a custom measurement.
How do I pay?
Send your cart through WhatsApp and we reply with a payment link. UPI, card or netbanking. Prepaid orders take 5% off automatically, which is why we push them. We dispatch once payment lands.
Shipping and returns?
Delivery is free above ₹1,599 of physical goods and ₹99 below that. Readings and reports ship nothing, so they carry no delivery charge at all. Three to five days to metros, seven to ten elsewhere in India. If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what we described, message us within seven days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. Returns for a change of mind are accepted within seven days if the piece is unworn and in its box; the return courier is on us.
Can you gift-wrap it?
Yes, at no charge. Tell us on WhatsApp and it goes out wrapped, with a card in your words and no invoice in the box. The occasion sets were built for exactly this.
How does a reading actually work?
You pick a block (20, 30 or 45 minutes) and pay for it up front through a link we send on WhatsApp. We match you to one of our readers and confirm a time that suits you. The session runs on WhatsApp, voice or chat, whichever you prefer, and you get a written summary afterwards. It's a block, not a meter: it doesn't keep running and you're never billed for more than you agreed. Nothing physical ships, so there's no delivery charge on it.
Do you do cash on delivery?
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. White Magic is the trading name of The Third Eye Astro Private Limited, a registered company, CIN U96906UP2025PTC230487, and a tax invoice is emailed with every order. If you're buying for a business and need your GSTIN on it, send it with your order on WhatsApp.
How do I look after them?
Put the bracelet on after perfume and moisturiser, not before, and take it off before a shower. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store it flat rather than stretched over a hook, which is what kills the elastic. Tiger eye and lapis will dull if you soak them, so keep those dry.
