The short version

Goods you have not worn, back within 7 days, full refund. A rite you cancel more than 48 hours before the agreed date, full refund. A rite that has been performed cannot be refunded, because it has been performed, but if it was not what we told you it would be, you get your money back.

Goods

• Unworn, original packing, within 7 days of delivery. Full refund, including what you paid for delivery.
• Damaged or wrong item. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photograph. We pay the return postage and replace it or refund it, your choice.
• Worn stones. Not returnable, for the same hygiene reason jewellery generally is not.
• Refunds reach you within 7 working days of the item arriving back with us, by the method you paid with.

Rites

• More than 48 hours before the agreed date. Cancel for any reason, full refund, no questions.
• Inside 48 hours. The samagri has usually been bought and the practitioner’s morning committed, so we refund everything except documented costs already incurred, and we tell you exactly what those were.
• After it has been performed. Not refundable. You have the recording; the work was done.
• If it was not what we said it would be. If the recording does not show the sankalp in your name and gotra, or the mantra count we stated, or the samagri we listed: full refund, and we will say so plainly rather than argue. This is the promise the recording exists to make checkable.

Readings

• Before the session starts. Full refund up to 48 hours before; inside that, we will reschedule you once at no cost.
• A session that did not happen because the reader did not join. Full refund or a rescheduled session, your choice, and the choice is yours not ours.
• A completed session. Not refundable. A reader’s time has been spent.
• A reader telling you nothing is indicated. That is a real answer and the session stands, but if it took under ten minutes, we refund the difference against the shorter block.

What we will never do

Charge you for a rite we did not perform. Refuse a refund on the grounds that a remedy “needs time to work”: we make no claim that it works at all, so we cannot use that as a reason to keep your money.
