Who you are contracting with
The Third Eye Astro Private Limited, CIN U96906UP2025PTC230487, registered in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, trading as White Magic. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and ordering for yourself.
What we sell, and what we do not promise
We sell two things. Services: a reader’s time, a written chart report, a gemstone recommendation, and rites performed on your behalf. Goods: stones and bracelets, posted to you.
Everything here describes what is performed and what you receive. Nothing we sell is offered as a cure, a treatment, or a way to cause a specific result, not for health, not for money, not for a relationship, a job, a court case or anyone’s future. No such outcome is promised, implied, or available at any price.
Nothing on this site is medical, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and none of it is a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are unwell, see a doctor.
Readings
A reading is a conversation, not a prediction service. A reader may tell you that a rite or a stone is not indicated for you; that is a complete answer and not a failure of the service. Sessions are sold in fixed blocks of time and start when the reader joins.
Rites
Before you pay, you are given in writing: the date, the practitioner, the samagri list, and the mantra count where one applies. After the rite you receive an unedited recording of the whole sitting. If what you receive does not match what was stated, tell us and we will make it right, see the refunds page.
We will not perform a rite intended to harm a named person. There is no price at which we will.
Goods
Natural stones vary in colour, shade, size and inclusion. Photographs show the material, not the exact piece you receive. We sell substitute stones, uparatna, only. We do not sell ruby, blue sapphire, emerald or yellow sapphire, and we will not prescribe one over WhatsApp.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Payment is taken by a third-party payment provider; we never see your card or UPI details. Prices can change, but never after you have been given a price in writing for a specific order.
Delivery
Goods are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment, within India. Rites are performed on the date agreed with you. Prasad and any physical item from a rite are posted afterwards.
If something goes wrong
Write to hello@whitemagicwellness.com or message +91 98381 10000. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within thirty days, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.
Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
